I'm so far away from my parents, my sister and my best friends - I miss them very, very much. But at the same time I'm so blessed because my husband has such a great, lovly and big family. They don't let me feel alone for one minute.
'Big Laura' is one of my husband's sisters; we call her that to differentiate from our daughter Laura, Little Laura.
She is a very, very sweet and special person - she is really like a sister to me... not just a sister-in-law.
A couple of months ago, we spent an afternoon together shopping downtown. We also took time for a few pictures at her loft. I love the brick wall in the living room.
