Little Leland

Last weekend I had a really fun session with a 6 month old boy, Leland. His Mom plays a cello so she thought it would be nice to incorporate it into some of the pictures with the baby. What a great idea - I really like how they turned out.





Leland was all smiles and ready to play…



...until he had enough and just wanted his bottle!



I love this little series with him… he was wiped out. But after a little break he was ready to go again.

When I want to take pictures of my kids, the usual response is a loud NOOOO and they run away. The trusty trick with a sucker or bubble gum generally works with Laura, but lately even that seems to be getting old. So this time the idea of an old guitar was my trick to try some new things. I really like the effect of the red against the black.





Posing with your best friend always works;)
